Hi there!
I’m Courtney, founder of StoddMama Fitness. My fitness journey began during one of the hardest seasons of my life- deep in postpartum after my third child. At nearly 200lbs and feeling miserable in my own skin, I decided to take control of my health and myself. I started out in my kitchen and lost over 60lbs before I got pregnant with my 4th child. I continued training through pregnancy. I lost myself in the trenches of postpartum and found myself again through fitness.
I am not your typical personal trainer- I’m a mother of 4, military spouse, and a hybrid athlete who understands what it means to balance real life with real goals.
I have completed a full marathon, multiple half marathons, placed first in my age group in multiple 5ks, and completed several Hyrox races.
My mission is simple: to help you become a stronger, more confident version of yourself. Fitness isn’t just about aesthetics- it’s about longevity, resilience, and aging like a powerhouse.
